For over forty-five years, the Hargrave Builders team, has served Northern Illinois. Our resources and innovation through our General Trades, Union Carpentry and/or General Contracting services as General Contractor and/or as Carpentry Subcontractors, allow us to tailor our services to fit specific project requirements.
Our Team
With over 36 years of experience, Steve has managed numerous large and complex construction projects. His main responsibility is to set strategic goals that prioritize safety, quality, and schedule, all with the ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills enable Steve to motivate team members and ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of our customer’s projects.
Member of the Associated General Contractors of America, the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors, the Construction Management Association of America, and the AWI.
